This destination wedding took us to the beautiful town of Ashland, KY, tucked away in the most vibrant fall colors we have ever seen! Nick and Courtney were longtime sweethearts. As in, they have been together longer than before David and I even met! They were excited that their wedding day had arrived and we were equally as stoked for them! It was a special day for these two indeed as their dear family and friends joined in the celebration of Nick & Courtney tying the knot.
Nick & Courtney - Congrats to you guys!!! Thanks for being so amazing & fun!!!
For all of you music lovers, be sure to check out the rocking tunes of Nick's talented band, "Our Hearts Hero".
Big thanks to wedding coordinator, Jenni Roberts, for helping the day flow so perfectly and to Jeremy McKnight the videographer for being so great to work with and shoot alongside!

Travis and Maggie | Fall Wedding
Travis and Maggie.
Wow what can we say about our good friends. The thought of these two makes us smile. Travis and Maggie's engagement was splendidly short and sweet. Just the way it should be. From the first time Travis introduced us to Maggie, we could tell he was obviously head over heels for her and we could easily see why...she was amazing, beautiful and genuine. What a perfect match!
Their wedding day was backdropped by the stunning fall colors of Leipers Fork, TN. A location just far enough from Nashville to not receive cell service... (And definitely not 3G...haha.) It was an intimate wedding composed of close friends and family that were very dear to the couple and traveled from all over including Uganda. We were truly honored to be a part and also to get to shoot alongside one of our favorite people, Jeremy Stanley, as he captured the wonderful moments on video.
Travis is one of the most giving people you will ever meet. In his young 20's, he founded & became the executive director of an awesome non-profit organization called Global Support Mission that helps reach African villages with God's love by meeting real needs in pro-active ways. Check out their signature program Know Think Act where groups /friends can give to a specific need and the locals in Uganda will carry it out. We are excited to see Maggie come alongside Travis and be his teammate in loving these people and growing the organization even more with her amazing logistical skills.
Love. Friendship. Color. Congrats you two! We are so very happy for you!!! Looking forward to more cliff jumping adventures and married couple hang time soon!
Travis spent 3 days hand crafting this incredible stage and backdrop!
This umbrella was quite the helpful prop while it was misting. Of course, Maggie rocked it!
